2822639 - When creating or accessing a job requisition the page is blank - Recruiting Management

• When accessing a Job Requisition, the page only loads the job title, and when the job is approved, the title and route map. The rest of the page is completely blank.
• Can't see the job requisition fields.
• Can't see the job requisition details.

There are possible causes identified so far:

Cause 1:

The filter and/or mfields fields don't have any picklists associated with them (both in the job requisition XML and in the Internal and External Career Site Search settings, and they are declared in the XML).

Cause 2:

None field permission for "pre-approved" status have been granted for the affected operator in the specific Job Requisition XML.

Cause 1:

To resolve this issue, it's needed to associate a picklist to the fields that don't have a picklist associated with them that are mfields or filter fields (filter1, filter2, etc.). These fields usually have the picklist configured in the Internal and External Career Site Search settings in Admin Center or in Provisioning, however, as per the Implementation Guide says, it's a good thing to associate a picklist to those fields in the XML as well. That will resolve this issue.

Cause 2:

It's expected that none Job Requisition field will be displayed for the affected operator if the permissions were not granted in the "pre-approved" status.

To resolve the issue, you need to grant the permissions to the desired fields. You can perform these changes via Manage Templates as explained in the following KBA 2951367 - How to Add or Edit Permissions of Job Requisition Fields via Manage Templates - Recruiting Management.
