Symptom

  • SAP Transportation Management Freight Unit Building and Forwarding Order Management
  • You created a Forwarding Order (FWO) with multiple items, including containers, packages, and products.  The packages and products are not all within the container hierarchy.
  • You have enabled automatic freight unit building.
  • You note that the system creates FU based on equipment type.  For example, one FU may have all the containers.  Another FU has all the packages.
  • You want that the system creates one FU with containers and packages.
  • Can this be done?
