Is the 'Date Options' setting seen in Advanced Reporting, available for Detailed Reporting/Live Data?
How do I change the effective date in Detailed Reporting reports?

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• Online Report Designer: Detailed Reporting
• Report Center: Report - Canvas > Detailed Reporting

In 'Advanced Reporting':

1. Create a Report - Canvas Report
2. Add a List Report component
3. Edit Query
4. Advanced Reporting
5. New
6. You can find the 'Date Options'  
   Clicking the same would open the 'Date Options' setting pop-up.
   
   
   
   

In 'Detailed Reporting'

1. Create a Report - Canvas Report
2. Add a List Report component
3. Edit Query
4. Detailed Reporting
5. New
   
   The 'Date Options' icon is missing

This is as per the System design.
Only Advanced Reporting allows you to choose different, complex effective dates for the data.

There is no equivalent for 'Date Options' in Detailed Reporting / Live Data.

As Detailed Reporting works on AdHoc data source, if the SDS (Sub Domain Schema) used is effective dated, then you would get a pop-up for selection of date, when running the report.
Examples of such SDS: 'Person and Employment Info (As of Date), Job Information (Date Range)
