To generate audit report for Recurring deduction for an employee, you need to do the following steps.

1. Go to Admin Center > Change Audit Reports.

2. Click on Create Personal Data Report > Person search

3. (1). Search for the name of the employee. (2). Select Employee Central in Module Section; Functional Areas Employment information (3). Add the time range (Time range can only be within 7 days) (4). After filling the portlet out, you may click on submit.

4. To view the report you may access the Access Reports Section > Click on the download button.
