2823016 - Feature enhancement for "this host" generic interfaces file listener- ASE

Feature enhancement request for a special interfaces file hostname entry that would result in ASE listening on the specified port number for all network interfaces on the host.  (i.e. when booting, ASE would dynamically determine it's host's hostnames or ip addresses.)
The concept is similar to "localhost" except that it wouldn't be limited to clients on the local host; clients on other hosts would be able to connect to the listener assuming they did know the ASE's host name or ip address.
