Inactive Candidate Profile purge activity was completed with the following error: "RCMCandidateObjectType HibernateException thrown could not get next sequence value".

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management - All Versions

1. Go to Purge Request Monitor
2. Approved requests
3. Open the request with "Completed with Errors"
4. Extract the preview report

This error caught by the report is result of a data not found, therefore the system throw an exception by the time process was being completed, however the candidate anonymization was completed successfully.

As this error is not affecting the job, please verify if the anonymization process was completed and the candidates successfully purged, otherwise, if you notice any discrepancy with the respective data, please raise an case to Product Support team, so the related purge process can be analyzed.
