Symptom
The following error can be found in the dev trace:

The SQL statement in error are something like following:
SELECT .... FROM TABLE( SAPTOOLS.MEMORY_TABLE( CAST( ? AS BLOB( 2G )) ) CARDINALITY 1 ) ....
GROUP BY ( "C_0", "C_1",... ) ) AS "t_00" ....
