2823399 - Setting an alert message when just a new peer position is created

Symptom

You are looking to create an alert rule just to trigger when a new peer position is created.

Resolution

System doesn't have rule functionality to trigger an alert message just when a peer position is created.

If an alert rule is created it will trigger whenever a new position is created, being not possible to specify in which level it will trigger.
