Reproducing the Issue
- You have configured an Alert/Notification according to the KBA 2524842 - How to Configure Business Rules for Work Order Alerts and Notifications?
- Then you would like to configure who will receive the Alert/Notification.
Cause
The current system version is designed to send the notification to the manager and work order owner.
Resolution
The current system version does not allow you to modify who will receive the Alert/Notification. As per the the system design, work order expiry notifications are meant for managers and work order owners who can extend the existing work order duration and not targeted towards contingent worker themselves.
You'll see notications of any expired work orders in your To Do section.
If homepage V3 is enabled in Provisioning, you'll see the notifications in the Notification section (under the bell icon) instead.
