2823486 - When clicking on View Profile, it redirects to a blank RCM page - Recruiting

When in the external career site in RMK, then clicking on View Profile button, it will redirect to the RCM career site to log in. But the screen to click on Log In button is a blank page with only a log in button on the top right. The rest of the page is just white and with nothing in it.

1. Access the RMK career site
2. Click on View Profile
3. It will redirect you to the RCM career site
4. The RCM page with the log in button is a blank page

Enable V12 External Career Site and Mobile Apply weren't enabled.

When having Candidate Account Simplification enabled, the View Profile button redirects to the Recruiting Management login page. However, the page in the screenshot above shows up when Mobile Apply and Enable V12 External Career Site checkboxes are not enabled. When both of them are configured in the instance, the login screen will have the RMK header and footer, maitaining the consistency between two environments.

Hence, to fix this page and to have a consistency look it's needed to enable both Enable V12 External Career Site and Mobile Apply.
