  1. Go to Manage Positions

  3. Fill out all the fields.
  4. When you went to fill out the Pay Grade the order is not respected as you would like.

Cause

The order of display is by ascending order for all characters, which means when it comes to number it will be treated as text, then the Pay Grade 2 will display after Pay Grade 19, for example.

Resolution

To force the display order you can add a sequence number in the Pay Grade name and keep the label without this number sequence. It will force the sequence to be respected.

  1. Manage Organization, Pay and Job Structures
  2. Search Pay Grade
