2823614 - Increased Solr Memory Usage with Suggester TSTLookup

Symptom

High memory usage has been observed on the Solr service. When reviewing thread states via a heap dump or in Dynatrace for the affected Solr pod, the analysis indicates that most of the memory is consumed by a Suggester class (e.g., org.apache.solr.spelling.suggest.Suggester).
