2823834 - IBP: Key Figure COVERAGE does not calculate correctly after Heuristic/Optimizer run

Symptom

You run the Heuristic or Optimizer using, for example Static Periods of Supply and defining values for the Key Figure SUBPERIODSOFSUPPLY, and although there is enough Projected Stock covering n future periods of Dependent and Independent Demand, the Key Figure COVERAGE remains as empty/blank and SUBPERIODSOFSUPPLY is not respected.
