Symptom

When running activity 'Setup Extractor Framework' in 'Configure Basic Functions' it fails with the following error:

A failure occured while trying to initialize the extractor framework (E2E_EFWK_WIZARD_BASIC) !! Exception : AUTHORIZATION_FAILED com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$AbapException: (126) AUTHORIZATION_FAILED:
