2823891 - UD DigSig: How to restrict the change of 'Signatory' when digitally signing a usage decision via transaction QA11?

Field 'Signatory' (SIGN_POPUP_STRUC-SIGNER) is editable in the Digital Signature popup when Usage decision is to be saved in transaction QA11. How to restrict the change of the Signatory and make it a display-only field?
