2823932 - How can a Performance Management Form Be Delegated to Another User

• A manager would like to get input from another user, so they want to delegate that user to complete a step on the performance form.
• A manager is not available to complete a performance review, and you would like another manager to complete the review on behalf of the manager.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

SuccessFactors does not have a dedicated feature to delegate steps in a performance review, however there are several features allowing other users to enter comments/ratings. These features include Get Feedback, Add Evaluator, and Proxy. See the Knowledge Base Articles below for more details:
