2823957 - Unenrollment Notification is triggered when changing Instructors

Unenrollment notification sent out when changing Primary Instructors of a Virtual Segment in a Class, even when "Segment is Virtual" is checked.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. In Learning Activities > Classes > search for specific class and open class details
2. On the Related tab, click on Agenda
3. Click on three dots on right hand side of any time-slot and select Edit Time-slot option
4. Resources > Add a new Instructor to the time-slot
5. Make sure to set time-slot as Virtual
6. Choose the new instructor as "Primary" 
7. Remove the former instructor
8. Save

As a result, users enrolled in the Class will receive an unenrollment notification (VLE_EVENT_DELETION template), followed by the VLE_ENROLLMENT template notification.

This is an expected scenario. When we change a primary instructor, the system needs to delete the current session and add a new session in the Webex. This is the current workflow in the system.
In LMS, its an update, but not in the Webex. When users enroll in a Class with Virtual Segment they are also enrolled into Webex, etc.

As this is an expected behavior, if you wish to have cancellation notification not be sent out to participants you can:
