This article explains how to insert images in form templates.

Before 2505 release, to add an image to Form Template, please follow the instructions below:

1. Go to Admin Center -> Manage Templates
2. Create a custom section where you want to add that image.
3. To start creating an image, click the image icon.

1. Please upload the image by going to Upload tab.

2. After uploading the image, please make sure to click Send it to the server. Then click OK (If you go back to later to Image Info, you will see that URL box is already filled as a result of file image you sent to the server).

1.  After clicking OK, you will be able to see the image from the UI of the Manage Templates.

After 2505 release, the rich text editor in manage templates has been updated and standardized and "Uploading an image to a specific server" option is yet available.

To add an image to a Form Template, please follow the instructions below:

Option 1: Drag and drop the image to the editor

1. Drag and drop the image to the editor (Or Copy and Paste the image)
   
2. The image can then be re-sized after it is pasted: Click on the image first, then click on the 3 dots and select "Insert/Edit Image" to adjust the size.
   

Option 2: Insert the link to add image to the template

1. Click on the 3 dots of the editor
2. Select Insert/Edit Image
3. Add the image URL (Host the image on SuccessFactors server to generate a URL of the image. Raise a Support ticket with the LOD-SF-PLT-HOS team by referring to the following PLT KBA 2157471 - Hosting Files on a SuccessFactors Server)
   This 2H25, there will be a built-in tool in SuccessFactors that can handle the upload/replace of static content to generate a public link called "Public Content Links". This tool will help in hosting static content without the need to submit a ticket to SAP Support. 4. Set description and adjust the dimensions
5. Click ok
