How to insert an image in a PM form?

Resolution

To add an image to a Performance Management Form Template, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to Admin Center -> Manage Templates -> [Name of PM Form Template].
  2. Create a custom section where you want to add that image.
  3. To start creating an image, click the image icon.

  1. Please upload the image by going to Upload tab.

  2. After uploading the image, please make sure to click Send it to the server. Then click OK (If you go back to later to Image Info, you will see that URL box is already filled as a result of file image you sent to the server).

  1.  After clicking OK, you will be able to see the image from the UI of the Manage Templates.
