2824389 - Does LMS have a way to further customize records to add columns in each related info records?

Does the LMS have a feature that allows for further customization to the related tab and what is displayed in those record? Such as adding columns that contain additonal information on the record relationship. On a item adding a column to also display the assignment profile ID , instead of just description and status columns. This would allow for quicker overview of what each of these columns could provide.
