2824413 - Recruiter unable to add themselves to the recruiting team - Recruiting Management

Recruiting Users are unable to add themselves to the recruiting team on the Job Requisition.

SAP SuccssFactors Recruiting Management

1. Recruiter 1 removes themselves as the recruiter. 
2. Add Recruiter 2 as the primary recruiter of the requisition. 
3. Recruiter 1 adds themselves to the Recruiting team using Manage Additional Users
4. Save the Job Requisition. 

This can be seen as expected behavior. The recruiter is unable to add themselves to the recruiting team when they are still a recruiter on the job requisition. Until the Job Rrquisition is saved the Recruiter 1 will still be assigned to the requisition. Once the Job Requsition has been saved and been assigned to Recruiter 2 then Recruiter 1 can be added to the Recruiting Team.

There is three workarounds for this should the fields be required:

1. You can add the user to a Recruiting Team group and assign this to the job req template in Manage Recruiting Team Settings. All the users in the Recruiting Team group will be added to the Job Req once it is saved.
2. If fields are all required:
1. Add a third user to the operator team.
2. Assign Recruiter 2 to the operator field and save.
3. Then remove the third user, assign Recruiter 1 to the team and save.
3. Reassign the operator field that has Recruiter 1 with Recruiter 2 using the Reassign Job Requistion tool. You will then need to go to the Job Requisition to assign Recruiter 1 to the operator team.
