1. Access the Admin Center.
2. Navigate to Data Retention Management.
3. Create a new purge.
4. Define the purge details.
5. Add an approver.
6. Submit the purge.
7. Go to the Purge Request Monitor.
8. See the Requests Pending Approval tab and observe the purge schedule.

• Before the 1908 release, only the creator of the purge request could view the schedule.
• After the 1908 release, designated approvers of a data purge request can view details about the purge schedule on the Purge Request Monitor to help them make a decision about whether or not to approve the request.
