Symptom

For Side-by-Side SAP Transportation Management TM-ECC Integration, when you trigger the delivery creation out of TM, the inbound message from ERP always goes into error: /SCMTMS/TRQ 115 - "Document cannot be locked". You can re-trigger it with a job, but is there a way to prevent this error from happening?
