2824506 - Internal candidate receives an error message when accessing/accepting Online Offer - Recruiting Management

When the internal candidate receives the email with the offer letter URL, after logging in receive an error message.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. The candidate receives an email with the offer letter
2. Click on the link on the email to log into the instance
3. Put credentials in the instance
4. Receive error message

• The candidate doesn't have permissions to the Careers tab
• The login credentials are incorrect. The offer letter is sent to candidate ID 101 but the Candidate is accessing the link using Candidate ID 102.

For a candidate to be able to access the My Offers tab, they must have the permission to access the Careers tab as well since the My Offers tab is located in this area and only shows up when the candidate receives an Offer Letter.

When the candidate receives the email with the link, the link redirects the user directly to the My Offers tab related to the applicationID linked to the candidate. Hence, no one else other than the candidate should be able to access the Offer Letter in My Offers tab. If a candidate has another user within the instance as well, they must log in using the credentials with which they have applied to the job requisition. If this credential cannot be accessed, apply using the other credential and create offer for this candidate. You can disqualify the other candidate application.
