2824522 - Last Year’s Competency Ratings are Missing in PM Review Form

• You would like for the previous year's competency ratings to be visible in the current form's competency section.
• Some forms show the last ratings for competencies and other do not.
• The last competency ratings are not the correct ratings.

Competency sections can be configured to show the last competency ratings with a link to the previous form by enabling the Last Ratings Tab.

To enable this feature:

1. In Admin Center > Form Template Settings select the current form template from the list.
2. Find "Form Template for Last Competency Ratings:" and choose the form template you wish to use for the last ratings from the drop-down.
3. Click "Update Form Template" to save changes.

Note: This feature will only work if the previous form is completed and the competencies are the same.

To disable this feature:

1. In Admin Center > Form Template Settings select the current form template from the list.
2. Find "Form Template for Last Competency Ratings:" and choose "none" from the drop-down.
3. Click "Update Form Template" to save changes.

The Last Ratings Tab visibility can be controlled by tab permission. Tab permissions defined in the fm-meta are applied across all sections for the entire form. The tab-permission element is an optional sub-element of a competency-sect, objective-sect and fm-meta.

• Tab permissions can be defined at a section level by adding the desired permissions to each section.
• Type of Access (type attribute)
• enabled – user can see the tab
• none – user can't see the tab
• Configuration is allowed for: learning-activities | others-rating | last-review-rating | goal-details | other-details | achievements
• Learning Activities: Only applicable to development goal sections
• Other Ratings: Applicable to performance goal, development goal, and competency sections
• Last Review Rating: Only applicable to competency sections
• Goal Details: Applicable to performance goal and development goal sections
• Other Details: Applicable to performance goal and development goal sections
