2824575 - CCDB Cross Selection filter does not work with *

You are trying to perform a Cross Selection for CCDB stores and you want to filter by an Element Pattern that contains the wildcard * character.

As * is interpreted as a wildcard for all signs, the result you get is a list with all items, instead of only the items that contains the * in the element pattern.

For example, the screenshot below shows the scenario:

Also, using the escape symbol \* does not work:
