This article explains how to grant specific calibration template permission to any role through RBP.

SAP SuccessFactors Calibration

To grant specific calibration template permission to any role, please refer to the below steps:

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Search for "Manage Permission Roles";
2. Select the user's Permission Role;
3. Click the "Permission" button;

4. Under "Administrator Permissions", click "Manage Calibration" > Enable "Manage Calibration Templates";
   
   
   
   

5. Then, select the calibration template(s) which user can view or modify thru "Manage Calibration Templates" in Admin Center;
6. Click on "Done";
7. Click on "Save Changes".

Please note that any permission changes in RBP will not take effect immediately as the RBP refresh on the backend only runs once a day.
