2824594 - System does not sync Employee's concurrent employment with MDF Secondary assignments

Symptom

 Customer meets all pre-requisites to create concurrent employment via import process, however system does not sync all secondary employment in to MDF object (secondary assignments).

User must have at least the following information in the system:

  • Biographical info
  • Employment Details
  • Job Info
  • Personal Info

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the Admin Center. 
  2. In the Tools search field, type Import Employee Data.
  3. Click the arrow after Download a blank CSV template and select the Employment Details import template.
  4. Fill in the template
  5. Once you have completed the template, go to the Import Employee Data screen, select Employment Details, then browse to find the file. Click Import.

Cause

 The MDF “Secondary Assignments” object is created inconsistently if secondary employment is loaded with a hire date before the first employment date.

Resolution

 You should create object MDF "Secondary Assignment" via import with the main employee hire date and, after this, assign all secondary employment.
