2825030 - Dump containing Sytnax error in class "CL_AC_TEMPLATE" after SP08 or SP09 Upgrade

There are Syntax errors after upgrade to SP08 or SP09.

The current ABAP program "CL_AC_BASE_TEMPLATE===========CP" had to be
terminated because it has come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed. 
In include "CL_AC_TEMPLATE================CM04D ", in line 1 of program 
"CL_AC_TEMPLATE================CP ", the following syntax errors have occurred:
Method "ENFORCE_DELETE_MOSPECIFIC_MEA" is not declared or inherited in class "CL_AC_TEMPLATE"

In include "CL_E2E_DPC_SETUP==============CM023 ", in line 22 of program
"CL_E2E_DPC_SETUP==============CP ", the following syntax errors have occurred:
Method "HOST_IS_USED" is unknown or PROTECTED or PRIVATE.
