2825101 - When creating a Job Requisition from Position Org Chart the Job Profile tab is not populated - Recruiting Management

When creating a Job Requisition from Position Org Chart, the Job Profile tab is not being populated even with the Rule correctly configured and there is a Job Code associated into the position.

1. Access the Position;
2. From the Position Create a new Job Requisition;
3. Notice that the Requisition create has the Job Code populated, but the Job Profile tab is not;

• This is a problem on the Job Families and Roles association with the Position.
• The field jobCode is not defined in the Position to Requisition Field Mapping Rule

CAUSE 1:

As of now, we have identifies two possible solutions:

• Check the position where you are creating the Requisition from, open the Job Code and identify if the Role, Family that are associated in there match with the ones associated on Manage Job Profiles.
• Check if the Job Code is associated to more than one Role in the Job Profile configuration. Although a role can have multiple Job Codes, a Job Code can only have one Job Role associated.

CAUSE 2:

The connection between the job requisition created via position to the job profile is the jobCode field. So, in order to have the job profile pre-filled in the job requisition, it's required to map the field jobCode in the Position to Requisition Field Mapping rule.
