Is it possible to configure an element from the candidate profile background information as text-area field type?

Currently, in the way the system is designed, the elements from the candidate background information can't be configured as text-area type. Alphanumeric fields will only behave as text fields.

Also, the "Text-Area="True"" attribute will only work for Employee Profile fields.
