When importing candidates via legacy import, the system returns an error: HibernateException thrown could not insert: [com.successfactors.rcmcandidate.bean.applicant.RCMComment]

This is caused by the User ID that is not correct on the commentator column.

Please review the User Ids inserted into the commentator column, make sure they exist and match the ones on the instance.
