2825545 - SWPM sets ORACLE_SID=<DBID> instead of ORACLE_SID=<DBID><NUMBER> for RAC installation

Symptom

During SWPM RAC installation, you may hit following error:

sapinst_dev.log:
ORA-39510:CRS error performing start on instance '<DBSID>' on '<DBSID>'
CRS-5702: Resource 'ora.<DBSID>.db' is already running on 'XXXXXX'
CRS-0223: Resource 'ora.<DBSID>.db' has placement error.

By checking sapinst_ora_environment.log file, ORACLE_SID is not set as <DBSID><number> like <DBSID>0001:

sapinst_ora_environment.log:
Further environment variables that where set (possibly overwriting the previous ones):
ORACLE_BASE=/oracle/<DBSID>
ORACLE_HOME=/oracle/<DBSID>/<RELEASE>
ORACLE_SID=<DBSID>   ==> This is not a problem, this is set as purpose
