2825583 - Upgrade user databases failed with Invalid column name 'last_rssd_ver' - SRS

• Upgrading repserver from v15.x to v16.
• When the seamless upgrade hit the step to upgrade the user databases, received errors that a column was missing in the rs_dbversion table.
• Errors reported in SRS error log:

  Message from server: Message: 207, State 4, Severity 16 -- 'Invalid column name 'last_rssd_ver'. '.
  Start upgrading database 'RDS.RDB'.
  
• ERROR #1027 GLOBAL RS(GLOBAL RS) - /generic/useful/cm.c(9216)        
  Open Client Client-Library error: Error: 16843024, Severity 1 -- 'ct_command(): user api layer: external error: This routine cannot be called while results are pending for a command that has been sent to the server.'.
  Sending the following SQL command to 'RDS.RDB': 'set replication off '.
