2825603 - Issues with address master data after client copy

Symptom

After performing a client copy or client refresh (transactions SCCLN, SCC8N & SCC7N or SCC9N), address master data was found to be missing. Typical examples:

  • The business partner information (in particular ADRP entries) was deleted
  • Users in table USR21 have blank ADDRNUMBER or PERSNUMBER
  • Users in transaction SU01 are displayed with the message "No company is assigned"
  • Communication data is not found in transaction SU01

Furthermore, dumps may arise during the process:

  • SAPSQL_IN_ITAB_ILLEGAL_SIGN dump in program SAPLSZAI
  • SAPSQL_STMNT_TOO_LARGE dump in FM AFTER_IMP_ADDRESS3
  • DBSQL_STMNT_TOO_LARGE dump in FM AFTER_IMP_ADDRESS3
  • TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED dump in FM BEFORE_EXP_ADDRESS3
  • CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB dump in FM BEFORE_EXP_ADDRESS3
