2825611 - Error "Financial Statement Version default nodes are missing" when importing FSVs

Symptom

A financial statement version is imported by fiori application Manage Global Accounting Hierarchies (ID: F2918). Although the FSV is correct in backend transaction OB58, error message "Financial Statement Version default nodes are missing" (MSG_UH/096) is thrown.
