2825655 - Receiving Error: "SFRevolution Panel is not defined" When Trying to Access Onboarding Mapped Data Review [Integration with BizX, EC, & RCM] - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

When accessing OnBoarding Mapped Data Review, below error message shows.

error while rendering page :
ReferenceError: SFRevolutionPanel is not defined

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 - 1908 Preview Release

Reproducing the Issue

  • Step 1: Login to SAP SuccessFactors and navigate to Admin center 
  • Step 2: Under Tools, search for Onboarding Mapped Data review
  • Step 3: Error will be thrown when trying to load Onboarding Mapped Data Review

Cause

This behavior is a regression of 1908 preview release where indirect referencing support was removed and it needs to explicitly/directly support the javascript component which is missed in the Onboarding Mapped Data Review page.

Resolution

For Live Customer(s), Implementation Partner(s) and Consultant(s)

This regression will be fixed on 23rd of August 2019. A workaround was identified by replacing the link of Onboarding Mapped Data Review page in the URL bar, see below for steps.

 

How to update Onboarding Mapped Data Review URL?

  • Step 1: Login to SAP SuccessFactors and navigate to Admin center
  • Step 2: Under Tools, search for Onboarding Mapped Data review
  • Step 3: Error will be thrown when trying to load Onboarding Mapped Data Review
  • Step 4: Click Ok
  • Step 5: In the internet browser's URL bar remove "debugTool.xhtml?&_s.crb=VKDm5H%2bfUauKtJ1VVE7rHcLCzdo%3d". For example: https://hcm10preview.sapsf.com/xi/ui/onboarding/pages/
  • Step 6: Replace the line with data review pages mentioned below. For example: https://hcm10preview.sapsf.com/xi/ui/onboarding/pages/rcmOnbMappingPreview.xhtml
