2825770 - Unable to upload the attachment in app Create Outgoing Invoices

Symptom

Uploading attachments is currently unavailable in the "Create Outgoing Invoices" app.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the app "Create Outgoing Invoices".
  2. Option to upload the attachment is unavailable.

Resolution

The "Create Outgoing Invoices" app does not support attaching documents.
As a workaround, post the customer invoice in "Create Outgoing Invoices" app, then upload the attachments via the "Manage Journal Entries" app.
