SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
When viewing the Staged catalog version, with a preview time in Experience Selector, when left idle for 15 mins (previewTicketRemoveTaskRunner triggers), it switches back to show the Online catalog version.
But the Experience Selector still shows that you are in Staged catalog version.
This behaviour is confusing for the user and does not provide the correct previewing.
