2825979 - Cross App Navigation links do not appear or do not work in Fiori Application

Symptom

When using a Fiori application, the cross app navigation links do not show in the application, or buttons/links that go to another application do not work.

Example 1: in Manage Supplier Condition Contracts, the links "Create Contract", "Lock for Settlement", "Release" and "Logically Deleted/Inactive" do not show.

Example 2: in Manage Change Masters Fiori application, when clicking on the Edit button, the error "Navigation to this application is not supported" appears.
