Symptom

  • Not able to launch the Web Dynpro for ABAP Tax Simplifier Statement application in Portal. 
  • "Salary Statement and Income Tax Projection" option not available in Payroll India ESS Portal.
  • Tax Salary Statement link is not appearing in Payroll India under Benefits & Payments Tab.
  • Cannot launch Salary Statement and Income Tax Projection under Payments in ESS application of Payroll India
