Symptom
Feedback provided on CPM Achievements is not visible in the Print/PDF version of the Performance Form.

Reproducing the Issue
1. In Form Template Settings, enable the options "Enable Achievements tab in Performance Goal Section" and "Display Achievement Feedback for Performance Goal Achievements":
2. As a Manager, on the CPM module create an Achievement for an Employee and request feedback on the Achievement.
In the CPM module, the Achievement Feedback is provided and visible from both the Achievement and Feedback tabs:
3. Launch a Performance Form for the Employee.
Note that the feedback received for the Achievement is visible under the Achievements tab on the Performance Form:
4. Click on the Print icon or Save as PDF at the top of the Performance Form.
The Feedback received for the Achievement is not visible:
Resolution
- Currently, visibility of Feedback received on Achievements in the Print/PDF version of the Performance Form is not part of the design.
- Feedback received on Achievements will only be visible when accessing the Performance Form on the system or via Continuous Performance Management.
- Please consider raising a Customer Enhancement idea for this functionality. The design team will consider all ideas raised in the Customer Influence Portal.
