Is there an expected amount of time for the candidate to receive the e-mail from its assessment after it has been triggered?

1. Place the candidate on the Assessment status;
2. Trigger the assessment;
3. Wait for assessment notification to be delivered;

When the assessment is triggered, some information about the candidate/applicant is sent over to the Assessment Vendor. That information is necessary so the candidate can successfully complete its assessment. Once the information is received by the vendor, it processes, creates the assessment process and send a confirmation back to SuccessFactors, which will then trigger the assessment notification to the candidate.

If the e-mail notification takes a while to be received by the candidate, this is because SuccessFactors is waiting for the vendor confirmation back, so the candidate has an Assessment URL to access, which will be sent to the candidate on the invitation sent via e-mail.
