2826662 - Audit event records are not being inserted into the Auditing database

• The ADS Last Updated Timestamp is showing an older date and time.
• Querying the Auditing Event table revealed that no new records are inserted into the Auditing database. 
• The following errors can be found in CMS logs: 

Oracle error found: ErrorMessage(ORA-01502: index '<IndexName>' or partition of such index is in unusable state
Caught retryable error with Code 1502, Msg: ORA-01502: index '<IndexName>' or partition of such index is in unusable state 

• SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform 4.x
• Oracle database
