SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Configure at the route map level (not configured at the template level).
2. Use rich text to construct your pop-up reminder.
3. Configure it for multiple steps in your route map and target different reminders to different roles.

• End-user receives a rich text formatted message when routing the form to the next step.
• Cancelling will return the user to the form.
• OK will send the form to the next step or the exit confirmation page.
• The Buttons can be test replaced via Manage Languages, but are the standard dialog buttons and are not feature specific.

• This reminder allows an admin to configure a message that a user can read, taken action on, or dismiss and allow the form to proceed to the next step.
• The reminder will not prevent a form from being moved to the next step.
• The configured reminder will only occur when someone clicks the finalize button regardless of what step type is configured.
• Below are the relationships between the step type and the Step Exit Reminder:
• Iterative step:
• The reminder will not surface when users send form to one another within an I step.
• It will only surface when someone fina liz es and exits this step.
• Colaborative step:
• If an exit user is configured in the route map step, only the exit user will see the reminder when they click the finalize button.
• If multiple users or no users are defined as exit users (this may result in all  users having the finalize button) the first person to finalize the route map step will receive the reminder.
• Provide the ability to remind the user of any information once a specific route map step has been completed.
• Pop-up window will provide a custom reminder or message upon completion of the route map step.
• The message can range from asking/reminding the user to take action on the form.
• For Example, remind them to add a signer or remind a manager to have a development conversations with their employees.
• Enhanced in release b1908.
• Feature is currently not supported for Compensation Management forms.
