2826712 - Follow-up Decision Column Missing in Return to Supplier

You cannot find the Follow-up Decision column in return to supplier documents.

SAP Business ByDesign All Versions

1. Go to Inbound Logistics work center.
2. Open Common Task: New Return to Supplier.
3. In step 1, select the to be returned products, click Next.
4. In step 2, under Items tab, you cannot find the Follow-up Decision column.

Follow-up Decision column only visible when you access return to supplier documents from Purchase Request and Orders work center. If you access it from Outbound Logistics /Inbound Logistics /Third-Party Logistics work center, the column is not visible.

The reason is, only the procurement responsible people should have the authorization to decide the follow-up decision for returns. The warehouse responsible people should not have the authorization to decide it.

To view/edit Follow-up Decision column, please access return to supplier documents from Purchase Request and Orders work center.
