2826774 - backupserver does not compress when the target is NAS storage.

Symptom

  • Despite using compression option of dump command, backupserver does not compress backup files when the target is NAS sotrage.
  • This issue raises after upgrading SAP ASE from 16 SP02 PL06 to SP03 PL06.
  • dump database command:

    dump database <SID> to "\\xxx.aws\backups\sybase\<SID>\data\FULL<sid>.dmp" with compression = 101
