2826884 - Translation issues in Search help with Leave Request for illness/sickness absences description/reason

• In the WDA Leave Request under absences type the sickness option for reason shows the descriptions in wrong language. Backend input is showing the correct sickness options.
• When displaying the F4 help of illness description, the entries are not displayed in the correct language.
  
  Example: In English logon same as backend (ECC) R/3 system and you get Spanish reasons for sickness absence type in the frontend.
