2826939 - PTAX not calculating for the current month

Symptom

  • Professional Tax not getting calculated when the employee's payroll was not run in the joining month but the next month.
  • Ptax decuction is incorrect in the current month's payroll.
  • /3P1 is generated but not /ZP1 which should be present when payroll is run for current month without running the previous month's payroll when employee joined.
