2826997 - Initialize Rules on Position object is working only during Position creation

Initialize Rules on Position Object is working only during Position creation. It does not work while editing an existing position from Manage Position or Position Org Chart.

• Position Management

1. Create a rule and set it as Initialize rule in Position object
2. Create a position and check whether the rule is triggered
3. Edit an existing position and check whether the rule is triggered
4. You can see that the rule is triggered only during position creation and not while editing an existing position

This is an expected behavior. Initialise rules would be triggered only while creating a position.
