2827043 - Decimal Place is Being Added to Rating Scale Numeric Values

Symptom

A rating scale is configured with whole number values (1, 2, 3...), but when used on a Performance Management form, the numeric values have a decimal place (1.0, 2.0, 3.0...).

Note: This KB article addresses only the values for the rating scale and manual ratings, it does not apply to calculated ratings.

Resolution

  • This is the designed functionality of the system, there is not a way to omit the decimal place from the numeric rating value.
  • As a workaround, the numeric values can be hidden, and the numbers added to the rating label, using the option "
